At 60 square meters, the apartment is spacious and can comfortably host a small group of up to 4 people. Coming in, you’ll be greeted by a lovely hallway separating the living room from the other parts of the apartment. To your left, you have the living area, and to your right, you have bathroom, the kitchen, and then followed by the bedroom at the far end of the apartment.
The living area is spacious and beautifully adorned. You’ll find a handful of decors and elegant furniture as well as numerous works of art displays. The lovely wooden floor is laid with a rug where you’ll find the center table. You’ll also find a sofa bed, elegant arm chairs, and features that are typically French such as high ceilings, gorgeous cornices, and huge floor to ceiling windows that open to a charming balcony overlooking the streets and the neighborhood. Modern appliances and gadgets are also installed. You have a huge flat screen Cable-TV, CD/DVD Player, Telephone and Wifi.
Across the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with modern essentials of a kitchen for preparing light to full meals. You’ll find a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
