The interior is neat and clean, with a classic design. There is one high french windows in the living room giving lot of light to the apartment. There is a large couch accross a flat screen TV. The couch is quite comfortable and can host a party of 2 people to sleep. Internet access with wifi is included. There is small and neat kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. A spacious dinning table for 4 is available. The bedroom has many windows and places to hang your clothes. There is a king size bed as well. The apartment is overall very peaceful.

The bathroom has recently been redone with an immaculate bathtub towels heater and a sink under a beautiful mirror. Many spot lights.

Sufficient towels and linen are provided. In the kitchen, complete set of dishes and cooking utensils are provided. A telephone is provided for receiving calls and making local phone calls.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
