What is your cancellation and refund policy for bookings?

The cancellation and refund policy for bookings differs from one apartment to the other. The normal cancellation policy for a booking is that a full refund will be done if you have given suitable written notice of cancellation within the notice period. The notice period changes according to the booking duration– 


for a 6-night booking, cancellation needs to be done 5 days prior to arrival


 7 to 27-night bookings require notice 7 days prior to arrival


28 to 179 nights booking needs a 21-day notice 


Bookings for 180 nights and more you need to cancel 60 nights before the arrival date. 


If the notice period is not followed a minimum cancellation charge is incurred according to the booking duration.

There is a simple process for extending your stay if needed, you can contact our reservations department by app, mail or call and they will help you through it.

Is there a security deposit required upon booking?

Accepted Answer

The security deposit differs from property to property– some accommodations don’t ask for a security deposit while some do. The basic security deposit is £500 which is completely refundable after checkout.
