In addition to the reception room, the lower ground level also features a bedroom with direct access to the front patio. On the ground floor, guests will find a modern kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and complete with an island and gas range. Furthermore, the first floor has 2 bedrooms and the top floor has a lavish master bedroom with a cosy skylight. All bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, there are bathrooms on each floor. The house maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down in the garden.
The house has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the house must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the house free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the house is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
Please note that this apartment/house is up for sale and as such the supplier has the right to show the property to prospective buyers.
The apartment/house must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10 am, except Sundays and the day of the check out. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays.
We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.
