Dinesh Dhamija is a pivotal part of thesqua.re team. Sitting on the board as our Board Advisor, his insights and experience play a huge part in our development.
Having graduated with an MA in Law from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, many years ago, Dinesh has had a varied and hugely successful career. His prodigious experience enables us to make big steps as we move forwards to new terrain.
He founded Flightbookers in 1983, which grew to become the 10th largest leisure agent in the UK and employed 235 people. Not only that but he also spun off the internet arm in 1999 and grew yearls sales from $23 million to $1 Billion in 2004. Back in 2005, Dinesh IPOed Flightbookers and Ebookers on the NASDAQ at a valuation exceeding £200m. He then went on to make 11 corporate acquisitions in Europe in seven months.
Currently he is part of Active Angel VC, a property investor in the UK and serves as the president of TIE, UK.

I have lived in various big cities throughout my career - After completing my Bachelors in Computer Science and Philosophy in Ohio, I did my Master's in Finance at London Business School. Being a geek, over the years I have attended several courses in real estate/tech/finance/marketing - including Structured Finance at New York University, Investment Management at London Business School and Value Investing at Columbia Business School.
Before launching thesqua.re, I worked at Morgan Stanley in NYC and later at Citigroup in London as a Vice President trading structured credit and mortgage backed securities.
Joining the team in 2017, Dynshaw Italia is the Financial Advisor of thesqua.re. With over 20 years experience in a variety of management and board roles, he’s helped to develop a whole range of exceptional brands.
Since he started his career in 1993, Dynshaw has held Group CFO positions at Lebara, Cobra Beer and Ebookers; helping to push the brands beyond their own potential and into new areas of development. At Lebara Mobile he raised to up to €1.3 billion of revenue, while at Group CFO & COO Cobra Beer he raised over £75m and coordinated a partial exit to Molson Coors via a Joint Venture.
Other notable roles include Chief Finance Officer at Blue Water Bio where his insights enabled him to raise £25m from P/E and Hedge Funds. At Ebookers, Dynshaw was pivotal in floating the company on NASDAQ, the Neuer Market in Germany and the London Stock Exchange. Ebookers became the largest online travel agency in Europe with over 2,000 employees and revenues of over US$1.5bn.
Additionally, he played a pivotal role in making 15 acquisitions in Europe including negotiating the deals and carrying out the due diligence.
Director of Supply Chain
Giles Walker joined thesqua.re group in November 2017 as the Director of Supply Chain. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Giles Walker has worked for several high profile companies throughout his distinguished career.
Giles Walker has consistently performed at a high level in every position he has held. Operating with professionalism, dedication and a personable approach, Giles Walker added expertise has helped grow thesqua.re network.
Giles enjoys his commute into the London office on his 1300cc motorbike and was once Joan Collins’ bodyguard for one night on the The F word, a television cooking show hosted by eminent chef Gordon Ramsay.
Head of Digital
Ashish Heads the Digital Product Marketing function of thesqua.re business. He is responsible for the overall Online Marketing Strategy for Global expansion of Brand. He leads the E-commerce product management tech-department & digital marketing team.

Managing the 24/7 Global Reservation team for corporate and leisure. Responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently,implementing new systems and procedures. Providing a fit quality and customer focused service delivered in a timely manner to our global guest
In the last 5 years I worked in the Customer Experience department for a luxury fashion brand where I led a 24/7 global team of up to 50 people. I was accountable for ensuring service excellence was provided to all our customers and achieved a revenue of 2M in sales and achieving high standard KPIs through a multi channel call centers.
I love travelling and the best journey of my life was in Peru where I reached Machu Picchu site.
Senior Sales Manager EMEA
Tim is the Senior Sales Manager (EMEA) at the London office, heading the sales and account management team, specialising in increasing revenue and motivating account management and sales personnel in achieving their targets.
Tim started out in the events and entertainment industry for 7 years in Miami, working with the likes of NBA, NFL and Orange Bowl putting together the biggest events in the city. After that he relocated to London, and had the opportunity to open Staybridge Suites in Stratford for the London 2012 Olympics, afterwards jumping into the sales department following success with corporate clients. Opening the Vauxhall suite later, this remains one of his proudest moments because he was instrumental in creating the sales culture along with building the relationships with corporate clients - whilst being awarded Sales Person of the Year by IHG.
After that he was Director of Sales at Crowne Plaza, learning about conferences and events, before heading to Oakwood as their Business Development Manager and then landing with us at thesqua.re - where he hopes to take his knowledge and expertise further.
As a child, he was scouted by major football teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and Charlton.

My goal is to sell our brand within the NYC market and help create that "buzz". I'm responsible for generating new business to meet revenue goals. I specialize in various verticals to meet these expectations such as United Nations, Film & Entertainment, Medical, Technology just a few to name.
I've been in the serviced apartment industry for over 10 years. I enjoy helping my clients find their "home away from home". I've been successful in building a brand within the NYC market and have a passion for finding new business as well as keeping long term relationships.
I had the exciting experience of being a guest star on the TV reality show "Jerseylicious" about a local hair salon. It was very short lived but so much fun being a part of it and to see the amount of work that went into filming for just an hour show.

My responsibility lies in sourcing, qualifying and managing corporate clients with their business accommodation and relocation requirements. My first concern is my relationship with my clients, I’m always striving to build successful and strong relationships, offering constant support and communication with our fantastic corporate, reservation and guest services teams.
I have extensive experience in managing the functions of Sales & Marketing with consistent record of delivering results in growth, account relationships and profitability. I have nearly 10 years of diverse experience in key accounts, general trade, marketing activities, and channel sales.

Dilip Kumar Bhardwaj

Manage corporate's across different industries developing a long lasting relationship with the appropriate contacts in an organisation to maximise ROI while creatinglong-term value.
Graduated with a BA in Business with Marketing. I have over 10 years experience within Sales. I have worked for Marriott, Millennium Hotels, Grange Hotels Head office and Marcus Evans.
As the other leader of our Reservations team, Rachel manages our team of business travel consultants for our international destinations other than London, driving operational service with the aim of surpassing clients' expectations. Rachel also works on building and maintaining client and supplier relationships, strengthening and forging relationships with suppliers and assisting the sales team with the acquisition of new business.
Having worked in the travel industry for over 15 years, I pride myself on being 'the holiday expert' and have a wealth of experience and expertise in both the leisure and business travel markets. I have had the opportunity to work with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, FCM Travels and Travel Corporation in Sydney, followed by one year of travel in New Zealand where I was working with Orbit Travel.
I love breakfast! During the weekends I always make an effort to get up early and create a delicious breakfast
Sabrina is primarily tasked with with both expanding thesqua.re's network in addition to working closely with our guests during the reservation process.
I have always worked in hospitality. I have worked in lot of different countries , from Ireland to Germany , from Spain to Australia and from Italy to the UK. This has given me the chance to come across a lot of different businesses and customers . I have experience in managing front of house operations and back office duties. I am now happy to involve myself in network reservations and to help grow our network.

Aleksandra manages reservations for thesqua.re's network properties located in UK. Additionally, Aleksandra also assists in growing thesqua.re's network of suppliers in high demand locations across the world.
After graduating from my Psychology degree, I decided to choose a different career path and step into the hospitality industry. I have experience in front desk management and reservations, as well as operationally managing serviced apartments. I have also gained experience in arranging corporate trips to Europe while working for 6 months in Malta
I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature- the beach is my favourite place.
Yucira Da Silva
Yucira joined in December 2018 as a reservations coordinator. Yucira is primarily tasked with working closely with our guests during the reservation process.
I have worked in the serviced apartment industry for a number of years, where I have gained enough confidence and knowledge to respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Travelling, drinking and weekends are the best part about living.
Client Relations Executive
Ricardas' role is to retain and develop existing and new corporate agency relationships to increase usage of apartments across thesqua.re portfolio. Ricardas is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Corporate Reservation's Desk, which involves making sure all agent clients receive prompt responses for any inquiry they may have.
My international integration started when I went to work in Greece as an entertainer at age 17. In Greece, I developed my communication, creative thinking and teamwork skills. I worked abroad with various international teams within 4 contracts whilst I graduated back in Lithuania. In between contracts, I was working in the hospitality and customer service industry. Then finally I decided to move to London where I gained valuable theory and practical experience. I learned how to deliver an excellent customer experience. I do believe that with positiveness and a "can do" attitude it is possible to achieve any objective.
I love musical theaters and I try to go to see at least one per month. My favorite is Wicked-which I have seen 21 times and still counting. Also I have a snowball with Glinda's picture on my desk which inspires me to spread happiness.
Antonino works alongside both the maintenance and operations team to ensure that all of thesqua.re's portfolio of serviced apartments are maintained to exceptionally high standards.
I grew up in a town in Sicily where we had a close-knit community. I made the decision to move to London so that I could work here and also improve my English. I worked for 2 years at a coffee shop where i enjoyed interacting with customers. This prompted my interest in work in Guest Serivces. After a couple of months in Guest Services, I moved into the property department. Moving to London is one of the best decisions I have made.
I like to play the piano and I stop just when my neighbour comes to knock on the door.
Guest Services Associate
As a Guest Service Associate, Anam greets guests upon their arrival. Additionally, Anam promptly responds to guest enquiries, and handles their requests for a comfortable stay.
Previously, I have worked with renowned international companies in customer services or guest services departments.
I'm a clasically trained opera singer who has sung at the Royal Albert Hall.
Quality Assurance Supervisor
Cristina's job is to ensure that all London managed apartments are decorated to the highest standards. Working closely with the Operations team, Cristina has an eye for detail which ensures all apartments feel like home.
I am currently studying Politics & International Studies at university. I like to make people happy and in my job I can ensure that all guests are comfortablie and enjoy a quality stay.
I'm a bit of a shopaholic.
With a background in property management, Ricardo Frajuca has worked in the serviced apartment industry for almost ten years in guest services and operations.
As Operations Manager, Ricardo Frajuca has brought an impeccably high level of customer service to thesqua.re team to further improve guest experience. Moreover, Ricardo Frajuca has assisted in the development of technological innovatons, with this fresh approach bringing guest experience to a new level.
I studied law in Brazil and have been working with hospitality since 2004, working in hotels as front of the house and hotel manager.
Assistant Guest Services Manager
Mike is part of our guest services team and deals with every day issues and requests to make sure that all guests are having a comfortable time during the stay. He also assists with meeting and greeting the clients.
I have basically been in the serviced apartments industry for as long as I remember - more than 15 years now working within guest services.
I am a part time film extra
Adriana handles the coordinating of our Guest Services Associates, to ensure all apartments are checked before guest arrival, and guests are met on time.The role also involves promptly responding to guest enquiries, and handling their enquiries for a comfortable stay.
Originally from a small town in Latvia, I am currently studying Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation in London. As a big lover of food, I spend most of my time experimenting in a kitchen, and will in the future open a fine foods restaurant. In the meantime I am frequently travelling to see the corners of the world, and eating all the delights it may offer.

Elliott is our Marketing Executive based in the London office. Joining the company in early 2017, Elliott’s role extends across both digital and content marketing.Elliott has an MA in English Literature, but has worked in marketing throughout his career. In previous positions, Elliott has worked on several projects with Google.
I used to live on a northern Scottish Island with only 500 residents.
William is part of the marketing team, specialising in content creation and copywriting. He is responsible for content online and offline as well as the social media channels. From blogs, areas guides, eBooks, emails and so much more, he crafts the very tone and mission of thesqua.re.
Initially setting out to pursue a career in film making, he has now decided to focus on the age old industry of copywriting. Graduating from Southampton Solent University in 2011 with a BA in Screenwriting, he has completed a variety of internships in creative industries and worked with a variety of agencies and companies to strengthen their brands and content output, We are very excited to see what he'll be able to do for thesqua.re.
I have an identical twin brother who is ten minutes older than me.
After completing a degree in Tourism Management (back when it was a unique thing to do), I subsequently worked for both tour operators and a UK luxury hotel group for a number of years. I then decided to take my key account management and client service skills across a number of industries, including political reporting; public access wifi provision; renewable energy and online marketing. The latter role helped me hone my skills as a writer, giving me insight into SEO techniques, writing web copy and blogging.
I am a keen cook and make practically every family meal from scratch.
João is our Freelance Graphic Designer based in London. He has been with the company since 2017 and provides graphic design and photography work.
I have over 14 years experience in graphic design and photography working with a diverse range of businesses, varying from media, fashion, interior design, corporate and retail. I pride myself on being able to deliver a range of services such as; producing marketing collateral, taking product shots and designing user-friendly websites.
I really enjoy landscape photography and I am frequently seen carrying my photography kit and tripod! I take part in various art exhibitions where I exhibit and sell my photography prints.
