The apartment is located in a very safe and very convenient neighborhood. The Metro and public bus stops are close by, plus it is under 15 minutes walk to Seine. There is a Monoprix a block or so up Blvd Sebastopol that has groceries upstairs as well as a G20 supermarket a couple of blocks down Rue St. Martin. Ambassade d'Auvergne is one of the popular restaurants is a few minutes from here(it is just across the street from the aforementioned G20You are also a couple of blocks from the Pompideou Center where there is a lot of activity as well as restaurants and cafes. A few blocks west of Blvd Sebastopol is Rue Montorgueil, a shopping street with restaurants, cafes, groceries, specialty shops, etc.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 16th century building. It is perfectly located in Marais and has its own little balcony for your to enjoy your morning coffe and breathe in that Parisian air to get ready for the day. 

The apartment is 45 square meters and accommodates two guests. The open living room and dining area are uniquely designed. Very spacious and offers a cultural touch. 

The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom offers a queen bed for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
