The apartment is situated in the heart of Paris St Germain des Prés. Minutes from river Seine and all the historical sites including Louvre, Les Invalides, Notre Dame and of course the Eiffel Tower.

It is the perfect place for visiting and enjoying either a romantic dinner or a vibrant night life. The apartment is situated in a historic building of 19th century. The apartment is on the 5th floor and can be accessed via the elevator. The apartment is spacious and has big windows that allows the fresh air and natural light to flow through the apartment.

The apartment has its own entrance and a spacious living room equiped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a designer table and a flat screen televison for your entertainment. The windows in the apartment are double glazed.

The kitchen is separate and equipped with all the modern amenities. The dining table of the apartment is of high table and high chairs and is for two guests.

There is a hallway that leads to the bedroom which consists of a queen size bed and closet space. The apartment bathroom offers a bathtub, shower and a separate WC.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
