Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Palais Royale in the 1st arrondissement is our one-bedroom Serviced apartment with a surface area of 65 square metres. A loft-apartment but a spacious place equipped with all modern and contemporary furnishings. The best feature of this apartment is that it is centrally located, in the heart of the city, with the Louvre being a few minutes’ walk. Soothing neutral tones and a simple yet classy décor makes one choose this apartment almost instantly! The Living room has a set of French windows which lets in a lot of fresh air and natural light- so you won’t have a gloomy moment living here. Also, it lends one an incredible view of the Theatre du Palais Royal- so you have all the reason to be excited about living here. There is lounge-seating by the windows for you to sit and enjoy the incredible view from the living room. There is a sofa-cum-bed, a large coffee-table, lounge seaters and futons, a flat-screen LED TV in the living room. The living room gives way to a beautiful open-kitchen. The kitchen has a dining space attached to it as well with a dining table for 4 people. There is a small flight of stairs leading to the large and spacious loft-bedroom. The bedroom has a large double bed, set of cupboards for storage, bedside tables, clothes rack and also has large French windows on one side which let in plenty of light. There are two bathrooms in this apartment. One has toilets and the other one has a shower tub in it. Both the bathrooms are very well-done and has modern fittings.
The neighbourhood in which apartment is located is very upscale and classy.

One has the Louvre, Theatre du Palais Royal, and the Musée d'Orsay in close proximity. Apart from this, there’s also the gorgeous Jardins des Tuileries where one can unwind and relax amidst such natural beauty. The neighbourhood has numerous utility or departmental stores, retail stores and some healthcare centres are within easy reach too.
