Completed in 1729, this historic building was one of London’s last remaining tea warehouses. Formerly owned by East India Tea Company, this building on Creechurch Lane is engulfed with religious history-Britain’s first synagogue, which can be traced back to 1592, and Creechurch Monastery are in the immediate vicinity.

Over the proceeding centuries, the surrounding area has altered significantly to appear congruous with modern developments. Whilst the building has superficially changed, this property has retained much of its uniquely charming architectural integrity. These fully appointed one and two bedroom serviced apartments are ideal city spaces. Comprising of separate living and sleeping areas, each provides privacy and comfort, and is perfectly situated for easy access to the City of London.

The kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all modern amenities, leads into the lounge space which overlooks 30 St Mary Street, known affectionately as ‘The Gherkin’ by locals. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with fine cotton sheets and a large bed while the bathroom contains a power shower over the bathtub.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the City located towards East London. Perfect location for anyone working in the City. The apartment is a large one and the surrounding area is home to the country’s first Synagogue. The Gherkin in a short walk away and the area has a huge number of bars in the area so you’ll never have to walk too far in the evenings to find one.

Very comfortable property, made our stay in London a pleasure. Well connected to central and east London, while the City is a short walk away as well. Explore Whitechapel for some delicious south Asian food, discover some new bars on St Katherine’s docks and walk to Tower of London as it’s close by as well. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the apartment exuded luxury while retaining a homely feel.

The apartment was located in Aldgate, which meant getting to work in the City was easy. The entire apartment was bright, airy, spacious and luxurious. We invited guests over for dinner one evening and the concierge was very helpful and always available. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
