The apartment has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and cosy. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This two-bed home has been fantastically renovated with a modern minimalist style. Bright, airy, spacious - it is the perfect spot for both friends and family. The living room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on, as well as a flatscreen TV for you to kick back in front of. The living room is complete with a dining area which can easily seat 6 guests. Down the hall, guests will find the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a high standard and is ready for you to cook up a storm. In addition there is another dining table in the kitchen as well - perfect for early mornings. The flat has a master bedroom with an en-suite and an additional bedroom with a desk if you need to get some work done during your stay. Both bedrooms comfortably sleep 2 guests and maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom, featuring a sleek design and a spacious bath. The flat has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or enjoying fresh breakfast in the kitchen.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
